At Herwear.pk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Here's how our exchange and refund policy works:

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange if:

    • The item(s) received is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
    • The product must remain unused, in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
    • The size of the product received does not match the size ordered.

Initiating an Exchange

  1. To begin the exchange process:

    • Notify us within 3 days of delivery during our working hours (Monday to Saturday, from 11 am to 7 pm). You can contact us via WhatsApp, email, or call us.
    • Each exchange request is considered individually, and we strive for fairness in all cases.
    • For defective or damaged items, please send photographic evidence via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product before processing any claims.

Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. However, we provide a hassle-free return process with zero charges for sending the replacement item back to you. In the case of a defective piece received by the customer, we will arrange an exchange parcel through our courier if possible. Otherwise, the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer or a voucher will be issued, based on your preference.

Processing Time

  1. We aim to process all exchanges within 5-7 working days of receiving your request. During peak sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for the exchange to be processed.

Size Exchange

  1. If you are unsatisfied with the size you ordered, you can request a different size by contacting us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

Refunds

  1. We offer refunds in cases of damage or if a packing error occurs, and the product received does not match your order. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Refund processing typically takes 7-10 working days.

Returns: Sale & Discounted Products

  1. Exchanges during a sale or for discounted products are only applicable if there was a mistake by our packing staff, and the received product does not match your order.

Please be aware that certain scenarios may make it difficult for us to support returns and exchanges, including:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • Damage to the product due to use.
  • Tampering with the product.
