The delivery timeline depends on the size and availability of the product. Timely delivery is contingent upon stock availability and order confirmation.

Delivery Charges

1. For local orders within Pakistan, there is a delivery charge of Rs. 150 per order. For international orders, customers are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with the shipment.

Tracking Your Order

1. Upon dispatch, you will receive a Tracking ID for your order via SMS at the provided contact number. You can visit the courier's website, input your tracking ID, and easily track your order's progress.

Delivery Attempts

1. Our diligent courier agents make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that your address, contact number, and area code are clearly specified when placing an order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the item will be returned to us.

Shipping and Handling

1. Shipping charges are conveniently displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill. For customers ordering within Pakistan, shipping charges are Rs. 150. International delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the actual weight of the ordered product(s). Please be aware that some countries may impose import duties, which the customer is responsible for paying upon delivery.
